What you will do

• Act as the primary technical bridge between internal engineering and client IT, system administration, and DevOps teams.
• Lead the planning, installation, and integration of solutions within physical, virtual, or hybrid IT environments.
• Deliver hands-on professional services, including product customization, technical deployments, software upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Define technical requirements, brainstorm solutions, and design features in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Manage strategic customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction, product adoption, and retention.
• Create and improve technical and user documentation for customers and partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience integrating products in complex environments (APIs, Kubernetes deployments, network troubleshooting).
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Deep knowledge of corporate IT frameworks, including virtualization, VDI, backup, and application management.
• Strong proficiency with DevOps tooling: Linux, Kubernetes, Openshift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, and Shell.
• Experience with SQL database management and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
• Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers.
