What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in German.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently according to established protocols.
- Document all interactions accurately within the support management system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of concerns.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and product improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in German (written and spoken).
- Professional experience in customer support or service operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in English or other European languages.
