What you will do

• Respond to supplier queries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries regarding order processing, payments, and inventory management.
• Update internal databases with technical issues and customer interaction details.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure complete resolution of reported issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Help suppliers navigate and utilize specific platform features.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish (native/near-native) in speech and writing.
• Proficient English in speech and writing.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a startup approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
