Salary: €1,700–€2,200 (gross) per month

What you will do
- Respond to supplier queries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries regarding order processing, payments, and inventory management.
- Update internal databases with technical issues and customer interaction details.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure complete resolution of reported issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Help suppliers navigate and utilize specific platform features.
Requirements
- Fluent Polish (native/near-native) in speech and writing.
- Proficient English in speech and writing.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a startup approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
