What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Provide first-level technical support for product-related inquiries.
- Independently manage the full order processing cycle, including invoicing.
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers.
- Maintain and update data within internal databases.
Requirements
- German: C2 level required.
- English: B2 level required.
- Must be based in or near Tangstedt, Germany.
- Experience in internal sales support.
- Qualification as an IT systems management assistant or equivalent commercial training with a strong technical interest.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
