TL;DR

Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist: Acting as the primary interface between customers, engineering, and field sales teams with an accent on technical product advice and order management. Focus on providing first-level technical support, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate data within internal systems.

Location: Must be based in Tangstedt, Germany (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Provide first-level technical support for product-related inquiries.
  • Independently manage the full order processing cycle, including invoicing.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for customers.
  • Maintain and update data within internal databases.

Requirements

  • German: C2 level required.
  • English: B2 level required.
  • Must be based in or near Tangstedt, Germany.
  • Experience in internal sales support.
  • Qualification as an IT systems management assistant or equivalent commercial training with a strong technical interest.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
