What you will do

• Architect and manage deployments of hirify.global Central into enterprise CI/CD and developer platforms.
• Mentor and support other Forward Deployed Engineers to scale deployment practices.
• Drive the transition from experimental AI usage to governed, scalable AI-native workflows.
• Design sustainable AI adoption strategies, including security, access management, and cost visibility.
• Enable observability for AI-driven development to track usage and productivity impact.
• Partner with product teams to shape the platform based on real-world enterprise feedback.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building or operating production software systems.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Principal Consultant).
• Proficiency in Java or Python with the ability to debug production code.
• Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security, and architecture review processes.
• Familiarity with modern development workflows, CI/CD, and internal developer platforms.
• Must be based in the US and willing to travel domestically up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, or agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience operating in regulated environments (SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA).
• Familiarity with the hirify.global ecosystem.
