What you will do

• Learn sports projection modeling, line calibration, and hold optimization across dozens of sports.
• Contribute to model development, iteration, and data collection for player performance projections.
• Research new approaches to fantasy sports challenges, including probabilistic forecasting and line movement.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in computer science, statistics, math, physics, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL.
• Demonstrable history of projects focused on sports, probabilistic modeling, or prediction markets.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience with lower-level languages such as Rust, Java, or C++.
• Background in Bayesian modeling or building statistical models from scratch.
• Success in competitive projects like Kaggle, Big Data Bowl, or academic sports research.
