What you will do

• Maintain project data within NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro and related PMO systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist Project Managers with project setup, forecasting, resource allocations, and financial tracking updates.
• Support reporting processes for project performance, revenue recognition, utilization, and invoicing.
• Translate approved project plans from Microsoft Project into NetSuite SuiteProjects Pro.
• Produce recurring PMO dashboards, reports, and data summaries.
• Collaborate with Finance and Resource Management teams to ensure operational consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, operations, or reporting roles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Experience with PSA, ERP, or project management tools.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity out of the Milwaukee, WI office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting professional services or IT implementation projects.
• Internship or co-op experience in project operations, finance, analytics, or PMO environments.
