What you will do

• Lead data and BI projects within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Manage ServiceNow incident backlogs and coordinate RUN activities to stabilize solutions post-build.
• Analyze and investigate data using SQL and JIRA.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for data platforms.
• Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support and train users on self-BI reports and data models.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Lisbon, Portugal.
