What you will do
- Own the publishing calendar and deliver consistent content across all channels.
- Create thought leadership, case studies, social posts, email newsletters, and sales enablement assets.
- Track and report marketing and funnel metrics; iterate based on performance and ICP engagement.
- Lead SEO and GEO strategy and execution, including website and newsletter optimization.
- Manage social media channels and community engagement to grow followers and engaged audiences.
- Partner with sales on account-specific content and own lead scoring and prospect CRM initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience owning content strategy end-to-end: planning, execution, measurement, and iteration.
- Strong editorial skills and attention to detail with a high bar for quality.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), WordPress (or equivalent CMS), and Google Analytics.
- Confidence using AI tools to accelerate and improve workflows.
- Commercial mindset: understanding how content drives pipeline and growth.
- Based in EMEA (+/- 4 hours from GMT) and comfortable working independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to enterprise or technical audiences; B2B services/agency/SaaS background.
- Familiarity with WordPress as a product.
- Experience with SEO and emerging GEO/AI search optimization practices.
- Track record of growing engaged audiences on LinkedIn or other social channels.
