What you will do

• Implement operational automation and efficiency initiatives to improve customer experience.
• Analyze complex operational problems and execute data-driven solutions with stakeholder support.
• Gain rapid exposure to multiple functions across operations through team rotations and high-impact assignments.
• Present findings and results to stakeholders to influence operational strategies.
• Design seamless, customer-focused processes by identifying and eliminating user pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible impact projects.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in STEM with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Proven critical thinking, adaptability, and initiative through academic or professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building professional relationships.
