What you will do

• Lead discovery and inception phases for major digital transformation projects.
• Capture clear business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Model target operating states and perform cost-benefit analyses to drive strategic change.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to evaluate business value and eliminate waste.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of BA practices.
• Prepare and present high-quality analysis artefacts, including process maps and wireframes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile BA principles.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels to shape business opportunities.
• Experience in creating requirements specifications, use cases, and business cases.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret industry and organizational data.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Birmingham, UK.
