Salary: £67,023 – £81,917 per year

What you will do

• Lead the execution of risk and control initiatives across the IP&I Chief Controls Office.
• Embed robust control frameworks while driving simplification and automation.
• Champion and ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
• Lead root cause analysis of operational risk events and ensure timely remediation.
• Provide assurance over supplier policy adherence and manage outsourcing notifications.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding control matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in risk management and controls at a managerial level.
• Strong understanding of ERMF and operational risk frameworks.
• Proven experience in process automation and control design.
• Strong product understanding within an advice-based wealth business.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
