Account Manager (Manufacturing): Managing and growing an account base of engineering clients in the Finnish market with an accent on outbound sales, relationship building, and revenue growth. Location: Must be based in Finland or Estonia, with occasional visits to the team in Estonia.

What you will do

  • Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive sales.
  • Prospect outbound via calls, emails, and social selling to acquire new business.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, upselling, and issue resolution.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships, including site visits when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Engineers and Estimators to ensure successful order delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and the internal platform.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Finland or Estonia.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and revenue growth.
  • Degree or practical knowledge in mechanical engineering.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a practical, results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Finnish is required for the target market.

Nice to have

  • Experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or 3D tech.
  • Background in a startup or industrial sales platform.
