Salary: $180,000 base + uncapped variable pay

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, and deployment within client stacks.
• Build and ship production AI workflows and agentic systems that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Ramp quickly into unfamiliar, complex codebases, ranging from legacy monoliths to modern stacks.
• Design reliable and auditable agent systems that maintain human-in-the-loop controls.
• Collaborate with AI Strategists, Solution Architects, and partner teams at Anthropic, OpenAI, and Vercel.
• Utilize agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor to maximize development throughput.

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of experience building and shipping production software end-to-end.
• Must work in person from the New York City office five days a week.
• Proven use of AI and agentic coding tools as a core part of the development workflow.
• High intellectual curiosity regarding the evolving AI landscape, including new models and techniques.
• Strong operational discipline and ability to manage parallel workstreams across multiple clients.

Nice to have

• Public artifacts of work such as open source contributions, side projects, or technical talks on applied AI.
• Experience shipping a production agentic system end-to-end (beyond a POC).
