What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise deployments and implementations of the hirify.global platform for global customers.
• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve automation, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Rapidly build proofs-of-concept, internal tools, and AI-powered prototypes using LLM-native development practices.
• Configure ETL pipelines, analytics, and integrations within the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to influence the roadmap based on direct customer feedback.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, leading solution workshops and architecture reviews.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Enterprise SaaS Implementation.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
• Ability to rapidly prototype using AI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Industry and market knowledge of ESG, sustainability, and carbon accounting frameworks (e.g., CDP, SASB, GRI).
