What you will do

• Develop and refine the operating model and performance frameworks for the national pharmacy network.
• Lead executive-level business reviews to drive strategic optimization and partnership evolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Finance to drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage strategic relationships with key pharmacy partners, balancing collaboration with performance accountability.
• Build scalable mechanisms for SLA governance, risk mitigation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and deploy AI-assisted workflows and automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve scale.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business operations in a high-growth environment.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven process design.
• Must be based in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA.
