What you will do

• Partner with the CEO Office and Customer Operations to transform tribal business rules into standardized metrics and documentation.
• Design and maintain foundational dashboards in Metabase as the ultimate operating rhythm for leadership.
• Enrich the semantic context and reliability of the in-house AI analytics agent to enable accurate self-serve analysis.
• Mentor peer analysts and automate repetitive ad-hoc requests into scalable, automated self-serve models.
• Collaborate with the Data Platform team to translate complex business logic into clean structural requirements for Snowflake.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in B2B SaaS, transactional E-Commerce, or global Marketplaces.
• Proven experience working directly alongside senior leadership or C-level stakeholders.
• Advanced, production-grade SQL skills with deep experience optimizing queries within Snowflake.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling principles and modern BI tools.
• Active use of AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) for SQL writing and documentation.
• Must be based in Berlin (Hybrid).
