What you will do

• Test games and applications to ensure they are linguistic bug-free and culturally appropriate.
• Identify linguistic inaccuracies and report them using industry-standard bug databases.
• Own the bug-lifecycle process to ensure that identified issues are correctly fixed and implemented.
• Create, manage, and execute test cases throughout the entire project life cycle.
• Participate in requirement gathering with developers to support all project features.
• Collaborate with the QA team to maintain high professional standards and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• Native French speaker
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK (not eligible for sponsorship)
• Passion for video games and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and database handling.
• Ability to work full-time on a day shift (Monday to Friday).

Nice to have

• Previous experience in LQA, translation, or proofreading.
• Experience with test case management and text editing tools.
• Working knowledge of CAT tools such as MemoQ.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in linguistics.
