What you will do

• Define and deliver the commercial strategy for the podcast portfolio to drive revenue across sponsorship and branded content.
• Lead partnership opportunities from the initial brief through to negotiation and execution.
• Support sales teams with insights, commercial narratives, and collateral.
• Build and maintain relationships with talent, hosts, and agents.
• Oversee portfolio performance, including forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to increase awareness and conversion.

Requirements

• Experience in branded content within a media or digital content environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience driving revenue through partnerships and sponsorship.
• Experience working with sales teams, agencies, and client relationships.
• Ability to lead complex commercial deals from concept to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience within podcast, audio, or radio environments.
• Background in video-first or multi-platform media organisations.
• Experience creating branded content solutions balancing audience and commercial goals.
