What you will do

• Own the end-to-end performance, profitability, and growth of the gaming category.
• Design and optimize fee and margin structures in collaboration with finance and tech teams.
• Analyze GMV, conversion, and attach rate data to identify trends and propose concrete improvements.
• Manage the supplier portfolio, including onboarding new products and renegotiating commercial terms.
• Lead cross-functional projects such as new product integrations and category page enhancements.
• Develop a reporting framework and define KPIs to monitor category health.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in category or commercial management, preferably in e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills with experience owning a P&L and modeling fee structures.
• Proven commercial instinct regarding margin, growth, and competitive positioning.
• Experience managing external partners and suppliers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.

• Familiarity with the gaming or digital goods market.
