What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations roles including KYC, Transaction Monitoring, and Fincrime.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, and FinTech networks.
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience and maintain high engagement throughout the process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to align recruitment priorities and provide market insights.
  • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, acceptance rates) to optimize efficiency via ATS.
  • Implement automation and AI tools to optimize high-volume recruitment pipelines.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience specifically in FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment (e.g., 30 hires in 6 months).
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape (KYC, AML, Compliance).
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong organizational skills and a data-driven approach to tracking metrics.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a dynamic scale-up environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for FinTech scale-ups or challenger banks.
