What you will do

• Own pre-boarding and onboarding operations and improve the employee experience.
• Handle day-to-day People Operations requests and support hirify.globalers.
• Learn to manage straightforward individual situations and support sensitive conversations.
• Coordinate and improve learning programmes for leads and coaches, measuring their impact.
• Identify manual workflows and build automations using Claude and Dust.
• Track People metrics, prepare insights, and maintain clear documentation.

Requirements

• Interest in employee experience, People Operations, learning and development, and HR data.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Paris, France.
• Comfort with structured handling of individual situations and sensitive conversations.
• Ability to work with automation, reporting, and user-friendly documentation.
