Operator for the Galileo Reference Center (GNSS)

Location: Noordwijk, Netherlands; candidates must be eligible to work in the EU

hirify.global employs the successful candidate to support its client’s Galileo Reference Center operations.

What you will do

• Support real-time and non-real-time operations for the Galileo Reference Center and provide operational expertise to external stakeholders.
• Support operational boards, working groups, meetings, EU Member State activities, and international GNSS initiatives.
• Create, maintain, validate, and support training for operational procedures.
• Manage anomaly handling, including anomaly creation, follow-up, and lessons-learned documentation.
• Maintain and evolve GNSS laboratory infrastructure, including networking, PCs, laptops, receivers, antenna cabling, and process scheduling.
• Provide stand-by support with remote investigation within two hours’ notice and on-site intervention within four hours’ notice when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of solid experience in GNSS operations or related fields.
• Experience managing GNSS laboratory infrastructure, including networking, hardware, and operational tools.
• Availability for stand-by duty with both remote and on-site support capabilities.
• Eligibility to obtain security clearance and to work in the EU.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
