What you will do

• Support real-time and non-real-time operations for GRC missions and provide expertise to external stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and validate GRC operational procedures and conduct relevant training.
• Manage the anomaly handling process, including creation, follow-up, and documentation of lessons learned.
• Maintain and evolve GNSS lab infrastructure, including networking, PCs, laptops, receivers, and antenna cabling.
• Provide Stand-By-Duty support via both remote and on-site interventions outside of standard working hours.
• Coordinate activities with EU Member States, EASA, EUROCONTROL, and international bodies like UN IGMA TF.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of solid experience in GNSS operations or related fields.
• Proven experience managing lab infrastructure, including networking and hardware.
• Availability for Stand-By-Duty services (remote and on-site).
• Eligibility to work in the EU.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
