What you will do

• Manage and resolve daily support tickets for M365 services including SharePoint, Intune, Defender, Purview, OneDrive, and Copilot.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of the current infrastructure and new Microsoft feature releases.
• Administer endpoint management strategies via Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Handle security operations using Microsoft Defender Suite, performing threat hunting with KQL and tuning detection rules.
• Deploy and operate Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, optimizing session host performance and image management.
• Implement data security, AI regulatory compliance, and DLP policies using Microsoft Purview and Copilot.

Requirements

• Experience level: Junior or Intermediate.
• Must be an EU Citizen.
• Must be based in an EU country.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for system configurations and automation.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access).
• Knowledge of ITSM best practices and GDPR compliance.
