What you will do

• Manage and support administrative functions for Jira, Confluence, and other management tools.
• Design, develop, and test custom templates and automation project workflows based on stakeholder requirements.
• Create and update Assets Object Schemas.
• Develop metrics dashboards and reporting tools to assist end users with performance tracking.
• Drive process definition and re-engineering through workshops with key stakeholders.
• Provide training, support, and documentation for end users.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar ITSM or Jira administration role.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence Cloud.
• Proficiency in building data queries using JQL and AQL.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Data Center, ScriptRunner, or JMWE.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Groovy or JavaScript.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
• Official Atlassian Cloud certifications.
