IT Technician & Client Support Specialist (Fintech): Supporting corporate IT environments and external clients for a digital asset trading and infrastructure platform with an accent on endpoint management, Azure administration, and first-line incident resolution. Focus on deploying and maintaining end-user systems, triaging client tickets, managing access rights, and escalating complex issues with clear documentation.
Location: Nicosia, Cyprus (hybrid), based in the Nicosia office

What you will do
- Deploy end-user hardware and software, complete handovers, and manage equipment throughout its lifecycle.
- Identify, record, categorize, investigate, and prioritize corporate IT incidents and service requests.
- Administer and improve corporate applications, IT infrastructure, local networks, printers, small devices, and access rights.
- Serve as the first point of contact for external clients through ticketing systems, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve common client issues, escalate unresolved cases to L2/L3 teams, and maintain clear documentation.
- Track support queues, follow up with clients, and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar IT support functions.
- Experience supporting Linux, macOS, and Windows workstations.
- Azure administration experience, including SharePoint, Intune, and Windows Defender.
- Python scripting experience, including Ansible playbooks, and proficiency in IT security best practices in a banking environment.
- Fluent English is required; an additional language is a plus.

- Go programming experience.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
