What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hotel owners, investors, and asset managers.
• Lead governance forums, owner meetings, and business reviews to ensure alignment on performance goals.
• Guide discussions regarding budgets, capital investments, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate owner involvement during hotel openings, redevelopments, and transitions.
• Partner with internal Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to execute strategic plans.
• Oversee shareholder communication and reporting requirements across diverse ownership structures.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel asset management, or real estate.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, commercial performance, and asset-light business models.
• Proven experience working with institutional investors and joint venture structures.
• Excellent financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and investment plans.
• Strong communication skills for navigating complex stakeholder conversations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Finance.
