What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to drive the technical evaluation and adoption of hirify.global solutions for prospects and customers.
• Lead the technical pre-sales process, including discovery, product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (POC), and RFP responses.
• Develop custom search applications and integrations leveraging hirify.global's APIs and ecosystem tools.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for CTOs, product managers, and engineers to ensure clear product fit and technical wins.
• Advocate for customer needs internally by providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition to post-sales onboarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, consultant, PM), ideally within the SaaS domain.
• Software development experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, or Swift.
• Proficiency with data formats and data transformation processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and context-switch rapidly.
• Must be based in London, England.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional European languages such as Italian, Spanish, or German.
• Experience in the search industry or e-commerce sector.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or commercetools.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems, autonomous reasoning, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of Analytics and SEO.
