What you will do
- Design and map end-to-end workflows for direct campaign order execution across multiple inventory types.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current advertising processes to design scalable, standardized workflows.
- Build and maintain automations using workflow tools to sync data between CRM, ad platforms, analytics, and finance systems.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and create dashboards to track efficiency and SLA adherence.
- Act as a bridge between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Train internal teams on new workflows and automation tools while documenting SOPs and automation logic.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in workflow design, operations, automation, or systems analysis.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
- Technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, and basic scripting in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of campaign lifecycles and advertising operations.
- Familiarity with Agile or Lean process frameworks.
- Location: Must be based in London
Nice to have
- Experience with ad platforms such as GAM, OMS, DSPs, or ad servers.
- Background in martech, adtech, or digital media environments.
- Ability to document processes using flowcharts and technical documentation.
- Experience with creative production or media operations workflows.
