What you will do

• Provide deep technical expertise for OpenSearch engagements, designing scalable search and analytics solutions.
• Lead architectural reviews and workshops focused on log analytics, observability, and GenAI use cases.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product teams to influence feature development and the roadmap.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define technical components for best-in-class GTM concepts.
• Build the global OpenSearch expert community and create technical enablement resources for Solutions Architects.
• Guide customers in accelerating Generative AI deployments using OpenSearch vector stores.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in software or internet industries.
• 4+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as cloud computing, systems engineering, or data & analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• Proven ability to architect scalable, secure, and performant search and analytics solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS technologies from a DevOps perspective.
