What you will do

• Lead the design of GenAI and Agentic AI-enabled solution architectures and determine buy vs build strategies.
• Partner with sales representatives and technology SMEs to define technical scope, implementation roadmaps, and effort estimates.
• Translate high-level business use cases into detailed AI system designs covering model strategy, data access, and orchestration.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, LLMs, vector databases, and cloud AI services.
• Create architectural artifacts, proof-of-concepts, and technical documentation to support client proposals.
• Ensure all proposed solutions adhere to security, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 12+ years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in solution architecture roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience architecting GenAI or agentic AI systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred, AWS, or GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with both engineering and non-technical stakeholders during presales.

Nice to have

• Experience with traditional AI/ML systems, MLOps, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with frameworks for agentic or multi-component pipelines.
• Exposure to Responsible AI, data privacy, and governance frameworks.
• Experience integrating open-source LLMs or fine-tuning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Industry-recognized cloud and AI certifications.
