Salary: $85,000 – $140,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Drive investigations into production failures and implement root cause fixes.
• Enhance observability by maintaining dashboards and monitoring tools like Splunk and New Relic.
• Support and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth release processes.
• Monitor the health and performance of engineering applications and service indicators.
• Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to continuous delivery and reliability outcomes.
• Engage in an on-call rotation to respond to critical production issues.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or High School/GED with 5+ years in application development, SRE, or systems engineering.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud concepts, and UNIX fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with scripting in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with configuration automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Java, Golang, Rust, or C++.
• ITIL Foundation or SRE/DevOps certifications.
• Experience with PagerDuty, Kibana, Grafana, or similar toolsets.
