What you will do

• Design and deploy software solutions to ensure system reliability, availability, and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead chaos engineering efforts in production-alike environments to identify and remediate operational weaknesses.
• Integrate LLMs, machine learning, and agentic systems to increase operational efficiency and improve software scalability.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in the production deployment and upgrade of the full software stack, from network layer to observability tooling.
• Collaborate with product engineering, cloud operations, and security teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Python.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible or Puppet).
• Experience building and deploying AI systems via platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Azure AI Foundry, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience with Linux administration and observability tools like Grafana.
• Must be based in the USA
