What you will do

• Lead the execution of supply chain initiatives and new product introductions (NPI) post-handover.
• Act as the primary point of contact between central teams, third-party manufacturers, and local operations.
• Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and track KPIs to ensure adherence to quality, cost, and service targets.
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze project deviations and conduct post-mortem assessments to improve future performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Project Management.
• Proven exposure to NPI, product launches, or supply chain initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Power BI.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.

Nice to have

• Data engineering skills or experience developing advanced dashboards in Power BI.
