What you will do

• Deliver and manage "Candlelight" events, ensuring strict adherence to scheduled timings and production details.
• Coordinate with artists, vendors, and venues to ensure seamless on-site execution.
• Handle technical on-site logistics, including managing sound desk microphone channels and aux music.
• Direct and support the event team, providing necessary briefings and managing individual performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the event, resolving customer queries and managing emergencies.
• Prepare post-event reports and provide photographic feedback to management.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in concert or festival management (mandatory)
• Ability to issue invoices (freelance/B2B status required)
• Flexibility to travel across Greece as required for events
• Proven competence in team and people management.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to remain measured in high-pressure environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
