TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in Greece or Europe)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for sales, delivery, and technology partners.
  • Monitor partner engagement, performance, and compliance throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Coordinate partner due diligence activities, including financial, legal, compliance, and risk checks.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of partner agreements, SLAs, and renewals.
  • Support Business Units during the partner selection process by coordinating evaluations and approvals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner enablement, onboarding, and governance processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner enablement, partner operations, onboarding, or vendor management in a tech environment.
  • Fluency in English and Greek is required.
  • Strong understanding of due diligence, compliance, and contractual processes.
  • Experience operating in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Structured, process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Must be based in Greece or Europe.
