What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for sales, delivery, and technology partners.
- Monitor partner engagement, performance, and compliance throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Coordinate partner due diligence activities, including financial, legal, compliance, and risk checks.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and execution of partner agreements, SLAs, and renewals.
- Support Business Units during the partner selection process by coordinating evaluations and approvals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of partner enablement, onboarding, and governance processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partner enablement, partner operations, onboarding, or vendor management in a tech environment.
- Fluency in English and Greek is required.
- Strong understanding of due diligence, compliance, and contractual processes.
- Experience operating in cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Structured, process-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Must be based in Greece or Europe.
