What you will do

• Establish and maintain the UX/UI development roadmap in collaboration with the Game Director.
• Drive UX/UI for core gameplay mechanics, social systems, monetization strategies, and player progression.
• Deliver functional wireframe specs, user flow diagrams, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop and maintain robust UX standards, design systems, and component libraries studio-wide.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to define the visual look and feel of the user interface.
• Manage team staffing, hiring, and external development (exdev) management.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience leading or supporting leadership in a live service game.
• Strong portfolio showcasing professional UX/UI design work specifically in games.
• Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with multiplayer genres across PC and console platforms.
• Expert ability to articulate design decisions to cross-disciplinary teams (Engineering, Art, Game Design).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with development using Unreal Engine.
• Experience with global gaming markets and the competitive gaming/esports landscape.
