What you will do

• Optimize CI runtime using parallelization, caching, sharding, and test selection to eliminate flaky tests.
• Own the deployment pipeline, implementing progressive rollouts and fast rollbacks with clear signaling.
• Maintain and optimize the build toolchain, including bundlers, compilers, and monorepo tooling.
• Harden the supply chain using SBOMs, signed artifacts, and locked-down GitHub Actions.
• Build CLIs, GitHub Apps, and bots to streamline and automate engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and remove productivity friction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building developer tools, CI/CD, or platform infrastructure.
• Deep expertise with GitHub Actions, Apps, APIs, merge queues, and branch protections.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript build tools (esbuild, swc, Vite, Turbopack, tsc, pnpm).
• Experience in supply chain security, including SBOMs, Sigstore/cosign, and SLSA.
• Ability to profile and optimize across the stack using flamegraphs and tracing.
• Must be based in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle for on-site work.
