What you will do

  • Own and grow the sale of advertising and sponsored placements, including banners, featured listings, and homepage inventory.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of advertiser clients, focusing on large brands, publishers, and agencies.
  • Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Develop data-backed media proposals and pricing strategies that demonstrate clear ROI to advertisers.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to package inventory and shape new ad placements.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to grow recurring ad revenue.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in media/advertising sales, partnerships, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of closing significant deals with big-brand or enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising and online media (display, CPM/CPC, performance metrics).
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience selling ad inventory or media specifically on tech or gaming platforms.
  • Results-driven, self-directed mindset suited for a senior individual contributor role.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the video game industry and gamer audiences.
  • Experience with ad-performance tools and analytics, such as Google Analytics.
