• Lead and develop the AEW&C product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

• Build and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key business goals.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial role within a complex, technology-driven, or regulated environment.
• Strong background in product management, business development, or related strategic areas.
• Experience in strategic planning and executing business growth initiatives.
• Solid understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Ability to pass a mandatory security vetting process.

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree.
