What you will do

• Lead and develop the AEW&C product portfolio to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and develop business opportunities related to upgrades and modifications.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and efficiency gains across the organization.
• Build and inspire high-performing teams through collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Shape strategic direction, contribute to long-term planning, and align activities with hirify.global’s business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business goals.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably in a complex, technology-driven, or regulated environment.
• Strong background in product management, business development, or a related field.
• Experience with strategic planning and driving business growth.
• Solid understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Fluent Swedish and English are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Additional language skills.
