What you will do

• Own the end-to-end procurement process for indirect spend categories, including SaaS, cloud infrastructure, IT hardware, and professional services.
• Develop category strategies and support the full sourcing cycle from RFP/RFQ through commercial negotiation and contract execution.
• Evaluate and onboard new vendors using structured frameworks that balance capability, cost, security, and scalability.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts covering licensing, SLAs, and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Analyze indirect spend across business units to identify consolidation opportunities and cost reduction levers.
• Act as the primary procurement partner across business functions to develop governance policies and integrate ESG criteria.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or category management across multiple spend categories.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end sourcing processes, including vendor evaluation and contract portfolio management.
• Strong analytical skills to translate spend data into actionable insights and drive P2P compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with Legal, Finance, and IT functions.
• Must be based in Stockholm for a hybrid work arrangement.
