What you will do

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, validation, and preventative maintenance for ventilators, anesthesia, and other ICU/OR equipment.
• Provide technical repairs and professional user training to end customers within the assigned territory.
• Identify service contract opportunities and facilitate the signing or renewal of agreements.
• Maintain quality documentation, track customer complaints, and handle adverse event feedback.
• Manage spare parts ordering and coordinate account receivables for customers.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a field service role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• English proficiency: Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in using schematics, system diagrams, and repair procedures.

Nice to have

• Background with Ventilator, anesthesia, and SWP products.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and OR3D software tools.
• Valid driver's license.
