What you will do
- Build and ship AI Agents and conversational workflows for the customer engagement platform.
- Manage end-to-end LLM implementation, including prompting, context engineering, retrieval, and agent orchestration.
- Utilize Claude Code daily to accelerate development and optimize team workflows.
- Transform customer problems and rough ideas into working features with senior guidance.
- Ensure high quality through rigorous testing, learning from failures, and iterative improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Genuine passion for AI demonstrated via side projects, experiments, or a portfolio (GitHub/blog).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with Python and/or TypeScript being a plus.
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, RAG, or agent design.
- 1-2 internships in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
Nice to have
- Strong proficiency and thoughtful application of Claude Code in development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, or event-driven systems.
