What you will do

  • Build and ship AI Agents and conversational workflows for the customer engagement platform.
  • Manage end-to-end LLM implementation, including prompting, context engineering, retrieval, and agent orchestration.
  • Utilize Claude Code daily to accelerate development and optimize team workflows.
  • Transform customer problems and rough ideas into working features with senior guidance.
  • Ensure high quality through rigorous testing, learning from failures, and iterative improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
  • Genuine passion for AI demonstrated via side projects, experiments, or a portfolio (GitHub/blog).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language, with Python and/or TypeScript being a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, RAG, or agent design.
  • 1-2 internships in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Nice to have

  • Strong proficiency and thoughtful application of Claude Code in development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, or event-driven systems.
