What you will do

• Provide technical guidance on AI-assisted engineering, architecture, and CI/CD workflows.
• Advise and coach teams on adopting AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
• Design and develop LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and AI agent systems.
• Define technical approaches for product architecture, data flows, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical implementation plans.
• Collaborate with consulting stakeholders, product teams, and platform engineers.

Requirements

• Strong background in software engineering, full-stack development, or architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Python and microservice API development (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
• Practical experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, tokenization, and model performance.
• Ability to work with overlap with US working hours.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware-adjacent, telecom, or embedded systems environments.
• Previous consulting or enterprise client-facing delivery experience.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience in developer experience or platform engineering.
