What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance operations teams across Billing, AR, AP, Payments, and Reconciliations.
  • Champion and execute strategic initiatives to modernize and automate manual finance operational workflows.
  • Review, document, and enforce operational policies and SOPs to maintain a strong internal control environment.
  • Oversee the Procure-to-Pay cycle, including vendor management, invoice processing, and employee expense reporting.
  • Direct daily cash application and ensure accurate reconciliation of bank accounts and sub-ledgers to the general ledger.
  • Utilize system data to track and optimize key operational metrics (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or operations roles.
  • At least 3+ years in a senior management/Director role leading multiple operational teams.
  • Mandatory demonstrable expertise and hands-on experience with NetSuite, particularly with reporting.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth FinTech or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
