What you will do

• Lead client-facing design activities, including requirement clarification and product vision definition.
• Create user-centered solutions for audit and inspection workflows, accounting for operational constraints.
• Own the entire design process from discovery and concept to validation and developer handoff.
• Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure alignment with system logic.
• Contribute to and maintain the global design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Communicate design decisions professionally to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing web-based digital products (Enterprise SaaS, CRM, ERP, or B2B platforms).
• Experience designing products from scratch, including discovery, workflow definition, and information architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variables, and prototyping.
• Experience working with complex business workflows and enterprise-level users.
• Experience integrating AI-assisted design and prototyping tools into workflows.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required for direct client communication.

• Experience in pre-sale and pitch activities.
• Experience designing mobile applications.
