What you will do

• Lead as a strategic product designer within a multi-disciplinary squad.
• Craft innovative solutions to simplify work for shift workers and business owners.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to shape the product roadmap.
• Conduct data-driven research to understand customer needs and challenges.
• Define and drive the bold vision for the design domain's evolution.
• Own the entire design process from initial research to final execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• At least 2 years in a lead or senior role within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful software products.
• Ability to simplify complex, legislation-related challenges.
• Strong storytelling skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for Payroll or similar financial products.
