What you will do

• Lead architecture design for institutional trading and exchange systems.
• Own the FIX API strategy, design, and optimization (FIX 4.4).
• Design high-concurrency, low-latency distributed systems.
• Oversee trading, matching, clearing, market data, and risk systems.
• Lead cross-team engineering delivery across multiple global regions.
• Ensure compliance, scalability, and performance of core platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering or architecture experience.
• Strong FIX protocol expertise (essential).
• Experience in crypto exchange or trading venue environments.
• Strong background in Java, C, or Go.
• Experience designing distributed, high-performance systems.
• Mandarin and English language proficiency required.
