What you will do

• Manage and align the duties of network engineers throughout each shift.
• Maintain ongoing supervision of network infrastructure, monitoring systems, and dashboards.
• Coordinate the resolution of network incidents, outages, and performance alerts.
• Act as the primary liaison between management and NOC engineers.
• Monitor and optimize prioritization to improve response times.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop training curricula for NOC technicians.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Network Operations Centre or similar 24/7 operational setting.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure, monitoring tools, and incident management procedures.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to urgent issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership capability with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technological advancements.
