What you will do

• Partner with business functions like Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services to identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• Design, build, test, and deploy production-ready AI applications and prototypes using state-of-the-art technologies.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows, including intelligent document processing, multi-agent solutions, and decision-support capabilities.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, finance, and procurement applications.
• Contribute to the development of reusable AI components, tools, and internal best practices.
• Ensure AI solutions align with governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

Requirements

• Academic background in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience developing production-level solutions using Python and working with APIs and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
• Solid knowledge of AI and GenAI fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Azure AI Services or other cloud-based AI platforms.
